Walmart – Smile

We won the “Store Messaging” part of the Walmart business by in the client’s words, “Absolutely nailing the brief of creating positivity in the store building off Walmart’s core offerings and strengths.” Walmart told us that our three ideas were their top 3 campaigns – with 4 other top shopper/retail agencies competing.

Let’s :)

This is a one word (+imoji) campaign sums up all the ways Walmart brings joy to shoppers’ lives throughout the store.

 

Smile Cam: This store activation idea was to bring smiles to every aisle. The idea: When a million smiles are recorded, we’ll give all of our shoppers a big reason to smile: No sales tax on any purchse for a day.

America’s Smile Scale: A prominent consumer research firm regularly tracks our America’s commulative answer to the questions, “How happy are you.?” With 250 million shoppers each week, our new “Smile” policies could actually raise the overall score over the previous quarter. :)
