Buying a new printer takes 3X longer than buying a new home. It’s frustrating and confusing. One social post said “shopping for a new printer is worse than a colonoscopy.”

We transformed the entire shopping experience with color categorization, bold photography that telegraphs user types, new packaging and human speak vs. tech jargon.

After an overwhelming positive response from retailers around the world, HP gave us the assignment to re-do all of their printer packaging with the new color categorization and simplified copy approach.
